By installing or using Tabwell ("the Extension"), you agree to these terms.
License
Tabwell is proprietary software. You may install and use the published Extension under these Terms. No right is granted to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or publish Tabwell unless we provide a separate written agreement.
No warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do our best to prevent data loss, but you should periodically export your snapshots as backup.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Extension to violate other people's privacy or break the law. Tabwell is a personal productivity tool.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to data loss.
Pro plans, billing, and refunds
Tabwell Free remains available after the 14-day Pro trial with the limits described on the pricing page. Paid Pro plans unlock additional features such as unlimited snapshots, cross-snapshot search, third-party importers, and faster auto-snapshots.
Payments, subscription management, receipts, invoices, and customer-portal sessions are handled by Polar. We store license metadata so the Extension can activate Pro, validate refunds or revocations, and open the correct purchase-management portal.
All paid plans are covered by the 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Monthly and Annual subscriptions can be cancelled from the Polar customer portal so future renewals stop.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the changelog and an in-extension banner.
